Senior Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (AEP/CDP) - Marketing

About the role

Truelogic, a nearshore staff augmentation provider with over 600 tech professionals in Latin America, is recruiting a Senior Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (MSA) for a global technology consulting client. The role leads the architecture, design and delivery of enterprise digital marketing solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud, while driving AI-native engineering practices. It combines deep knowledge of multiple Adobe solutions with hands-on development, enterprise architecture and client-facing consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise digital marketing solutions using multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Audit existing digital ecosystems and recommend improvements across personalization, customer data, content and marketing automation.
• Develop solution architectures, technical documentation, governance frameworks and multi-year digital roadmaps.
• Lead solution estimation, scoping, resource planning, timelines and pre-sales technical engagements.
• Build proofs of concept, integrations and production solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, Python and Java.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, V0 and Vercel to accelerate development and build AI agents, workflows and automation.
• Drive engineering excellence, testing strategies, performance standards and AI-native development practices.
• Collaborate with clients, executives, sales and global engineering teams, and mentor engineers.

Required profile

• 8-10 years of engineering experience, including enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
• At least 4 years of hands-on implementation or management of three or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• At least 4 years architecting complex, multi-channel digital marketing solutions for enterprise clients.
• Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certification or other relevant Adobe certifications.
• Mandatory experience leading global delivery programs for U.S. and European enterprise clients and collaborating across distributed teams.
• Mandatory AI engineering expertise, including hands-on use of Claude Code, Cursor, V0 or equivalent tools and building AI agents and orchestrated workflows.

Required skills

• TypeScript, Next.js, Python and Java, with experience in APIs, enterprise data platforms and headless CMS.
• Solution architecture, system design, pre-sales, project estimation and stakeholder management.
