Luxury Vacation Specialist - Sandals & Beaches

About the role

Unique Global Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Unique Travel Corp. (the worldwide representative of Sandals & Beaches Resorts), is hiring a Luxury Vacation Specialist. The specialist delivers customer service while helping guests and travel advisors plan, book and manage luxury vacation experiences, with a main focus on generating sales of Sandals and Beaches vacation packages and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly, professionally and effectively.
• Assist guests and travel advisors with new reservations, existing bookings, modifications, inquiries and vacation planning.
• Promote and sell Sandals and Beaches Resorts, including specialty products, upgrades and additional services.
• Identify guests' vacation needs and give personalized recommendations.
• Meet sales, conversion, customer service, quality, attendance, adherence and performance goals.
• Provide accurate information on resorts, accommodations, promotions, pricing, policies and procedures, and stay updated on new promotions, product updates and events.
• Research and resolve guest and travel advisor concerns, coordinating with other departments when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow reservation and customer service procedures.
• Support resort-side personnel when required and communicate clearly with guests, travel advisors, supervisors and coworkers.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working toward performance targets and handling multiple customer needs in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and schedule adherence.
