About the role

Prodapt is looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused individual to join our international team as an Entry‑Level Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for candidates eager to start or develop a career in customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with general questions, requests, and basic issues, providing clear, professional, and friendly support in English.
• Listen carefully to understand customer needs, follow established processes, and escalate issues when additional assistance is required.
• Create and update support tickets accurately, documenting interactions and adhering to response‑time guidelines.
• Communicate confidently and empathetically with customers, maintaining a consistent, positive support experience.
• Collaborate with team members and other support teams, sharing information to resolve requests and contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Meet productivity and quality targets, remain open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of experience in a customer‑facing environment such as call centre, retail, or hospitality (not mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Full availability to work the assigned schedule without restrictions.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and a calm, patient attitude when handling concerns.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
