Wealth Manager (Investment / Income / UHNW)

About the role

An established and growing investment platform is looking for an experienced Wealth Manager with an existing book of business to join its team in Panama. The role focuses on managing and developing client relationships, delivering tailored investment solutions and driving new business across domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will work closely with internal specialists to design strategies aligned with clients' risk and return objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
• Deliver customized investment strategies based on client objectives
• Drive new business development with LATAM and international clients
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic solutions
• Maintain and develop strategic external partnerships

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Wealth Manager with an existing book of business
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in wealth or asset management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• High level of integrity and discretion
