Systems Audit Assistant

About the role

PwC is hiring an Associate in its Oracle Risk Assurance practice, within Information Technology Risk Assurance, based in Panama City. The role helps clients get more value from enterprise technologies by mitigating risks, streamlining processes and finding operational inefficiencies, with a focus on application security, fraud-prone areas and financial misstatement. The Associate works in a team of problem solvers, from strategy to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Audit systems and processes to identify risks
• Prepare action plans to improve systems and processes
• Work with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of systems and processes
• Stay up to date with changes in regulations and audit standards
• Apply computer knowledge to finance and handle, analyse and interpret data responsibly
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures and uphold the firm's code of ethics

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
