About the role
PWC is seeking an experienced Tax Consultant to join its Panama City team. The role involves providing tax planning, compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse tax returns and related documentation.
- Advise clients on tax matters and represent them before tax authorities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality tax services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), tax filings and financial statements.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- IFRS (NIIF) knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Tax accounting and compliance.
- Financial statement analysis.
