Consultor de Contabilidad – Outsourcing

About the role

PwC is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support outsourcing tax and accounting services for local and international clients in Panama City. The role involves preparing, reviewing and ensuring compliance of financial statements and tax filings under international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in advisory and compliance services for local and international clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS/NIIF.
• Maintain daily accounting records, perform bank reconciliations and update ledger books.
• Calculate tax obligations, prepare tax returns and support tax compliance.
• Control accounts payable and receivable, and issue accounting entries.
• Transform complex tasks into efficient processes and provide timely information to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and financial statement analysis.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
