About the role

As a Talent Sourcing Partner at Philips, you will connect top talent with opportunities, building strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and delivering an engaging, compliant recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and engage pipelines of qualified talent for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions using market mapping, talent pipelining, and advanced search techniques.
• Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing approaches.
• Provide talent intelligence and market insights to shape sourcing strategies and support informed hiring decisions.
• Identify and proactively engage prospective candidates, building meaningful relationships and connecting them with relevant career opportunities at Philips.
• Act as a trusted sourcing advisor, sharing best practices, highlighting market challenges, and prioritising sourcing needs across critical searches.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or related roles such as Talent Sourcer, Sourcing Recruiter, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Hands‑on experience with proactive sourcing, candidate attraction, market mapping and talent pipelining using advanced search techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for identifying and engaging talent.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
