Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing ABA team. The role is fully remote, full‑time (9 am‑5 pm CST), and focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high‑quality clinical and administrative staff. You will work closely with leadership to understand hiring priorities and promote a positive employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain communication with candidates and track pipelines to meet recruiting metrics.
• Prepare and extend employment offers and assist with onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Represent the company professionally and promote a positive employer brand.

Required profile

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience (healthcare recruiting preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and follows through.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Passionate about helping grow a team that makes a positive impact on children and families.
