Senior HRIS Analyst – Remote (Panama)

About the role

Quest Software is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve its global HR technology stack, including Dayforce, iCIMS, and Lattice. This remote position is based in Panama and offers the chance to move from system caretaker to strategic partner on a fast‑moving roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core HR systems (Dayforce, iCIMS, Lattice), manage configurations, security roles, workflows and ensure system health.
• Conduct regular data audits, validation and clean‑up to maintain data integrity across integrated platforms.
• Lead or support module rollouts, system implementations, enhancements and vendor transitions from discovery through hyper‑care.
• Coordinate data migration, integration mapping, testing, cut‑over and release management including regression testing and UAT.
• Partner with HR Operations, IT, Finance and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, aligned solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as an HRIS analyst, technical business systems analyst or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Dayforce, iCIMS or Lattice.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience with system implementations, integrations or configuration changes.
• Self‑motivated, independent worker who can balance steady maintenance with high‑change projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; fluent English, comfortable collaborating across time zones.
• Must be located in Panama.
