About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Senior SEO Account Manager to lead a portfolio of U.S.-based home services businesses. This fully remote position combines strategic planning, hands‑on execution, and client communication to drive local search performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 8–10 client accounts, serving as the primary contact for business owners.
• Lead onboarding calls, monthly strategy reviews, and regular check‑ins.
• Audit local search presence and create customized SEO strategies.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles with posts, photos, Q&A, and review strategies.
• Implement on‑site SEO improvements on WordPress sites, including technical fixes and content optimization.
• Build and maintain local citations, ensuring NAP consistency.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and lead metrics using BrightLocal, Whitespark, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Support social media content planning for select accounts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm changes and local SEO trends.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline execution.
