Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

Mediam Group is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join its remote team in Panama. The role focuses on executing and optimizing the company’s core marketing tools, channels, and processes, ensuring consistent and measurable performance across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain prospect, client, and contact databases in Zoho CRM.
• Plan, segment, test, schedule, and send email campaigns using Brevo, and build automated email flows for events, nurturing, and sales follow‑up.
• Set up and manage Zoom Webinars, create registration forms, coordinate technical tests, and produce post‑event reports.
• Update website content, images, and forms in WordPress; create landing pages in Unbounce; interpret Figma designs and perform quality checks before publishing.
• Apply on‑page SEO best practices, conduct basic keyword research, monitor organic performance, and generate actionable reports.
• Manage corporate LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, maintain the editorial calendar, and schedule posts.

• Ability to work autonomously, detect errors, coordinate solutions, and continuously improve processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
