AI-First Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Storm Ideas is seeking an AI‑First Social Media Coordinator to manage the day‑to‑day social presence of major US TV and entertainment brands. You will combine traditional social media operations with AI‑enabled workflows to ensure content is scheduled, reviewed, approved and published accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, review and coordinate social content across YouTube and other social platforms.
• Optimize YouTube titles, thumbnails, copy, metadata and publishing checks.
• Monitor community activity, respond to comments and messages according to brand guidelines, and flag sensitive interactions.
• Maintain clear dependencies for assets, captions, approvals, account access and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with client contacts and internal production, copywriting and design teams to keep content pipelines moving.
• Document publishing processes and continuously improve them using AI tools and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a client‑focused mindset.
• Practical curiosity about AI and experience briefing AI tools for bounded tasks.
• Ability to critically review AI‑generated outputs and iterate on workflows.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.
