Community Manager

About the role

iAcademy, a fast‑growing professional training academy, is looking for a creative and organized Community Manager. You will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing content across its social channels, strengthening the brand’s digital presence and fostering engagement with students, teachers and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content calendar for iAcademy’s social platforms.
• Generate content ideas aligned with the brand strategy and write copy for posts, stories, reels and campaigns.
• Coordinate content shoots with the internal team, instructors and students.
• Monitor trends, formats and emerging opportunities to keep the communication fresh.
• Respond to comments, messages and community interactions.
• Track basic social metrics and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with design, sales and management teams on campaigns and internal events.

Required profile

• Studies in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, Design, Digital Media or related fields.
• Previous experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong writing skills with excellent spelling.
• Interest in education, digital marketing and content creation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Basic design and video editing using tools such as Canva and CapCut (or similar).
