Project Manager - Marketing (Social-first)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead large‑scale, social‑first marketing campaigns for a creative agency that partners with global brands. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams from strategy to production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project execution, developing detailed plans with phases, milestones, timelines and resource requirements.
• Manage scope, statements of work, budgets, estimates and track hours against budget.
• Estimate team hours, allocate resources, and coordinate staffing with team leads.
• Partner with Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media and leadership to align priorities and deliverables.
• Facilitate internal check‑ins, meetings, action items and follow‑ups.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, roadblocks and scope concerns; escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate client feedback, approvals and expectations with Account/Client Service teams.
• Collaborate with Production to manage timelines, deliverables and budgetary requirements.
• Improve project management processes, systems and documentation to boost operational efficiency.
• Handle multiple client programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Experience leading complex creative projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
