Medical Manager – Specialty Care (Central America & Caribbean)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Junior Medical Manager Specialty Care to join its Central America & Caribbean team in Panama City. The role focuses on developing and executing medical strategies for both marketed and pipeline products, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead scientific discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including KOLs and medical societies.
• Provide training and scientific knowledge to internal teams to ensure high standards of brand and therapy expertise.
• Deliver market insights on brand performance, trends, and competitor activity.
• Support decision‑making on current and future license indications.
• Act as the primary contact for investigator‑initiated studies and manage them in collaboration with the global medical affairs organization.
• Represent Janssen at external forums where medical affairs can add value.
• Collaborate with patient‑advocacy groups and support scientific communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience in medical affairs or related pharmaceutical roles.
• Strong understanding of specialty care therapeutic areas.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with KOLs and internal teams.
• Ability to translate scientific data into clear, actionable insights.
