Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a technically‑curious Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist to design, manage, and optimise the systems that power our B2B lead generation and outbound sales efforts. The role is fully onsite in Panama City and focuses on building automated workflows, enriching prospect data, and ensuring high deliverability of cold‑email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Enrich, clean, verify and deduplicate large datasets, adding emails, phone numbers, company details and buying signals.
• Design and operate cold‑email systems (Instantly, Smartlead, Mailforge) and manage domain reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC settings.
• Create LinkedIn outreach sequences with Aimfox, HeyReach or similar platforms.
• Connect outbound tools to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Pipedrive, Close) and automate follow‑ups, task creation and reporting.
• Develop workflows in Zapier, Make, n8n, using APIs, webhooks and AI tools.
• Troubleshoot broken automations, monitor campaign performance and continuously improve targeting, deliverability and conversion rates.

Required profile

• A passion for automating repetitive processes and a strong technical mindset.
• Comfortable learning new software, testing tools and integrating systems.
• Enjoys working with data, AI, and experimenting with emerging technologies.
