Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rental Property Manager

About the role

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage short‑term rental (STR) properties for US‑based clients. You will handle day‑to‑day operations, guest communication, and coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams, working fully remotely and aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of STR properties on Airbnb, Vrbo and other platforms.
• Handle guest communication, booking inquiries, check‑in/check‑out instructions and resolve issues.
• Maintain reservations, calendars and listing updates across multiple channels.
• Use property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify or Hostfully to streamline workflows.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy and performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning crews, maintenance vendors and property inspections between stays.
• Maintain accurate property records, booking details and operational documentation.
• Communicate performance metrics and updates to property owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in short‑term rental property management or vacation‑rental operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb and Vrbo platforms.
• Practical use of Guesty, Hostaway or similar PMS tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
