Sales Executive – Real Estate & Apartment Rentals (Bilingual)

About the role

Casco View Life is seeking a full‑time, bilingual Sales Executive to drive apartment sales and rentals in its historic Santa Ana location. The role is hands‑on, requiring proactive client engagement, relationship building, and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads, follow up promptly, and convert inquiries into sales or rental contracts.
• Respond to client communications via WhatsApp, phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, relocation agents, corporate clients, and other referral partners.
• Coordinate property tours, presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools and track conversion results.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with marketing and hospitality teams to improve lead generation.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 2–3 years of experience in real‑estate sales, apartment rentals, hospitality sales, or related fields.
• Proven ability to follow up, build relationships, negotiate and close deals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while aligning with company guidelines.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and digital sales tools.
