Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Join our talent acquisition team as an intern and gain hands‑on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle. You will support recruiters and HR partners, ensuring candidates enjoy a smooth and professional hiring journey while learning the fundamentals of talent acquisition in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post open positions, screen resumes, and assist with candidate shortlisting.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruiting system.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruiting events, and career fairs.
• Prepare simple reports and presentations for the HR team.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduation year no earlier than 2027.
• Strong curiosity about talent acquisition and hiring processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (intermediate level minimum).
• Organised, detail‑oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
