HR Specialist – Panama City

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist based in Panama City, Panama. This hands‑on role supports daily HR operations, local recruitment, employee administration and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Support local recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews and onboarding.
• Manage employee onboarding, contracts, personnel files and off‑boarding.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave and HR‑related records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll information and work with external payroll/accounting providers.
• Handle day‑to‑day employee relations and HR inquiries.
• Support compliance with local employment regulations and HR practices.
• Assist with the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support to local employees and management.
• Complete other HR‑related tasks assigned by the company.

Required profile

• More than 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Familiarity with Panama local employment practices and HR regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR tasks.
• Spanish required; English preferred.
• Experience in an international company or renewable‑energy sector is a plus.
• Adaptable to the work pace of a Chinese company.
