Remote Staffing Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Staffing Consultant to strategically analyze our pool of vetted candidates and successfully staff IT business opportunities. Acting as a bridge between Client Services, Sales and Talent Acquisition, you will assess, select, prepare and present candidates while managing the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and fill openings, select candidates and meet deadlines.
• Review and filter the candidate pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
• Keep openings up to date by reviewing and cleaning them regularly.
• Communicate with clients, Client Services and Sales throughout the staffing process.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
