Senior Scheduling Specialist – Rail/Transit Projects

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Scheduling Specialist to join its Panama team, focusing on rail and transit projects. The role involves providing scheduling expertise, improving master schedules, and supporting long‑term resource planning.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze schedules, conduct long‑term resource planning, and improve master schedule processes.
• Identify risks and issues affecting project timelines and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Administer and configure Primavera P6, including EPS, WBS, RBS, baselines, resource assignments, and codes.
• Develop status reports covering cash flow, cost estimates, resource utilization, budgets, and milestones.
• Prepare training materials and deliver schedule‑related training as needed.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of scheduling/project control experience, preferably on capital‑funded rail or transit projects.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and project managers and to adapt to changing program needs.
