Senior Manager, Trade & E‑commerce Merchandising & Web Content

About the role

Pandora is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead its Trade & E‑commerce Merchandising & Web Content function for the Latin America market. Based in Panama City, you will shape the digital trading strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance the online customer experience across a leading global jewelry brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the e‑commerce trading roadmap, aligning commercial objectives with brand strategy.
• Own annual and quarterly commercial plans, promotional calendars, and trading initiatives to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Optimize conversion, average order value, customer retention, and lifetime value through data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance and Retail teams to maximize performance.
• Develop pricing, promotional and assortment strategies and oversee web merchandising, site search, navigation and product discoverability.
• Ensure flawless execution of major campaigns, product launches and peak trading events.
• Lead omnichannel initiatives and customer‑experience improvements based on analytics, VOC and NPS data.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, technology partners and third‑party vendors.
• Champion testing and innovation projects, including personalization and AI‑driven recommendation engines.
• Coach, develop and retain a high‑performing e‑commerce team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Economics or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8‑12+ years of progressive experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce, omnichannel retail or digital trading.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing direct reports.
• Strong background in digital merchandising, performance analytics and commercial planning.
• Experience within retail, fashion, luxury, consumer goods or FMCG organizations.
