Execution Excellence Head

About the role

The Execution Excellence Head leads a cross‑functional unit that transforms patient, customer and market data into actionable insights and competitive go‑to‑market strategies for Commercial, Value & Access and Medical Affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative go‑to‑market strategies by translating data into insights that support therapeutic, medical and value decisions.
• Design and execute integrated multichannel solutions to strengthen customer experience across therapeutic areas.
• Drive field force effectiveness by optimizing territory structures and aligning resources with brand priorities.
• Develop digital and AI‑enabled strategies to improve customer experience and marketing efficiency.
• Build future‑ready capabilities and embed best practices across Marketing, Sales, Medical and Value & Access.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree with substantial senior commercial leadership experience, including direct leadership of large teams.
• Proven track record of driving business performance in an international environment through P&L or functional leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor and ability to translate market developments into breakthrough strategies.
• Experience leading large‑scale change management and transformation initiatives.
• Executive‑level communication skills and fluency in English.

• Strong technology and digital savviness, including experience with AI‑enabled products and digital trends.
• Ability to influence and collaborate in complex cross‑functional matrix environments.
