Commercial Planning & Pricing Analyst

About the role

Join APM Terminals, a global leader in port operations, as a Pricing & Commercial Analyst supporting the commercial performance of the Port of Balboa terminal in Panama. You will manage pricing structures, quotations and contracts to optimise revenue and ensure tariff consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tariff structures for container, RoRo, breakbulk and logistics services.
• Prepare, validate and manage commercial quotations aligned with pricing frameworks.
• Draft, review and manage commercial contracts, monitoring renewals and amendments.
• Analyse volumes, revenues and customer performance for budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify revenue leakage risks and margin improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in pricing, commercial analysis or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial judgement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools)
