Senior Cybersecurity and Information Assurance Analyst

About the role

Cortina Solutions is seeking a high‑impact Senior Cybersecurity and Information Assurance Analyst to lead a complex contract supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division. You will own mission‑critical, multi‑domain efforts that shape the future of naval warfare technology while upholding excellence, integrity, and a results‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity and IT support in compliance with SECNAV M‑5239.2 for privileged IT‑1 roles.
• Maintain required certifications and training for all information and operating systems within scope.
• Support system authorization and continuous monitoring activities under the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Utilize DOD‑approved tools (DISA STIG Viewer, DISA SCAP Tool, Tenable ACAS, McAfee HBSS/ePolicy Orchestrator) to assess, remediate, and report system security posture.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant civilian or military experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Hands‑on experience with the RMF accreditation and authorization process.
• Active DOD Secret clearance.
