Semi Senior Staffing Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Semi Senior Staffing Analyst to join BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition team. In this remote position you will support the staffing strategy for a variety of technology projects, collaborating with recruiters, operations and client services to match qualified candidates with open roles.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company’s openings.
• Gather and verify profile information for each assignment.
• Partner with the Recruiting team to identify and assess candidates.
• Present candidate shortlists to internal clients and leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional staffing opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
• One year or more of experience in IT recruitment is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability, extreme attention to detail and effective multitasking.
• Advanced level of English.
