Regional Recruitment Consultant – Americas

About the role

GateSource HR is an international recruitment firm focused on Latin America and the Caribbean, operating globally with a consultative, partnership-driven approach. It is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruitment Consultant based in Panama to manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client acquisition through talent sourcing, assessment and placement. The role suits someone who is autonomous, commercially minded and comfortable working remotely with an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business with companies across Latin America, North America and other international markets, build long-term client partnerships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct client meetings, take detailed job briefs and propose tailored recruitment solutions; manage accounts and look for cross-selling opportunities.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, run the end-to-end process including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation and placement, and create job descriptions, candidate reports and market insights.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and keep accurate data in the ATS/CRM.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks and competitors, and produce market mapping and talent intelligence reports for clients.
• Work in a remote, multicultural team across time zones, taking part in virtual meetings, team reviews and training.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven experience acquiring and managing clients, and strong ability to handle both business development and delivery independently.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken); French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational or international environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working remotely with digital tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and video platforms.
• Strong organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
