Regional Procurement Manager - Consumer Activation

About the role

Nestlé Global Procurement is looking for a Regional Procurement Manager for Consumer Activation in Panama City, Panama. The role drives category strategy and value creation across consumer activation categories such as POSM, print and promo items, working with procurement teams, marketing stakeholders, supply chain partners and suppliers. The position is permanent, full-time and hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the category strategy using strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies, in line with Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles and standards.
• Partner with marketing, sales, supply chain and procurement teams to turn business needs into projects with measurable value.
• Build a network across market procurement teams to share best practices and drive consistency.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations to secure commercial outcomes, service levels and competitive advantage.
• Manage strategic agencies and activation partners to improve performance, transparency and value delivery.
• Drive value through total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization, risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
• Use data and analytics to measure performance and support fact-based decisions, and deliver procurement projects and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strategic sourcing expertise and commercial judgment to turn opportunities into results.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Project and change management capability to lead transformation.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills across procurement, marketing and supply chain.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent English and professional working proficiency in Spanish.
