Driver Services Representative

About the role

Circle Logistics, a third-party logistics (3PL) firm, is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Driver Services Representative in Panama City, Panama. The role links drivers, customers and internal operations so that coordination and service delivery run smoothly. It suits someone who wants to start or advance a career in transportation and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to driver inquiries and customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, giving clear and concise information.
• Coordinate driver communications and schedules accurately, entering information correctly into proprietary web-based software systems.
• Proactively reach out to drivers during pickups and deliveries to build strong, collaborative relationships.
• Monitor driver status and freight movement across tracking platforms, notifying customers early of potential delays or issues.
• Collect, organize and maintain complete and compliant documentation for each driver interaction and shipment.
• Support drivers by addressing their concerns and resolving issues, and collaborate with internal teams for consistent service.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently, stay flexible to changing operational needs and keep communication quality high.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch or logistics.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred for the Panama City location.
• Preferred: associate's degree or higher, previous call center or customer service experience, familiarity with logistics, transportation or dispatch operations, and experience in a multicultural or international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and web-based software applications.
• Knowledge of tracking and tracing systems, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
