About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its talent acquisition initiatives. This remote position works with a global team of top‑tier tech professionals, helping match qualified candidates with high‑impact projects for leading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for open positions across the company.
• Gather and analyze profile requirements and job specifications.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and source potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Desirable: prior experience in IT recruitment.
