Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support a variety of talent acquisition projects. The role is fully remote and ideal for professionals who enjoy organizing recruitment processes, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of a fast‑moving tech services company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for open positions across the organization.
• Gather and document profile requirements and job specifications.
• Partner with the recruiting team to source and identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Good level of English communication.
• Desirable: prior experience in IT recruitment.
