People Services - Associate Advisor

About the role

The People Services – Associate Advisor supports the People Services Team in delivering efficient, innovative and customer‑centric HR solutions to internal stakeholders. Working within established guidelines and Service Level Agreements, the role ensures high‑quality service and accurate HR data management.

Key responsibilities

• Input confidential employee data such as pay, job changes and security clearances.
• Produce ad‑hoc HR reporting as required.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, including benefit plans, policies, payroll and tier‑1 support.
• Verify global employee employment information.
• Own, manage and update HR data and respond to tickets through the local ticketing system.
• Maintain accurate records on a shared drive for easy retrieval, audit reviews and management decisions.
• Follow SOX procedures and prepare information for internal and external audits.
• Support People Services projects assigned by the direct leader.
