About the role

Playa Blanca Residences is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Sales Executive to join its residential sales team in Panama. You will work directly with local and international buyers, guiding them through the property buying process and helping them find their ideal home.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads from prospective buyers.
  • Conduct property tours and present the features of residential units.
  • Follow up with prospects, address questions, and negotiate terms.
  • Close residential property sales and achieve monthly targets.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in residential real estate sales.
  • Fluent English and strong Spanish communication skills.
  • Excellent follow‑up and closing abilities.
  • Comfortable working with both local and international clients.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and results‑driven.
  • Willingness to work and stay in Playa Blanca on weekends regularly.
