Property Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Property Onboarding Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end onboarding of new short‑term rental properties into our portfolio. The role involves coordinating with owners, vendors, cleaners and internal teams to ensure each property is launch‑ready on major booking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organize property information, documents, photos, access details and inventory lists.
• Set up and maintain listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Configure properties in the PMS/channel manager, ensuring accurate rates, availability, fees and policies.
• Coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance, inspections and overall property setup.
• Create and verify property descriptions, amenities, house rules and check‑in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve onboarding issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Conduct quality‑control checks before properties go live and maintain onboarding trackers.
• Collaborate with operations and guest experience teams to ensure a smooth transition after launch.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short‑term rentals, hospitality or operations.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify or Hospitable.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and related operational tools.
