Project Controls Manager – Senior Project Control Specialist

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead program controls for large, complex infrastructure programs in Panama. Reporting to the Program Scheduling Lead, you will develop and maintain schedules, provide accurate reporting, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct program controls for strategically significant, multi‑project programs.
• Coordinate integration across projects, manage interdependencies, and communicate updates to senior leadership.
• Implement control measures, conduct performance assessments, and provide risk analysis and recommendations.
• Develop standardized processes to improve efficiency throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Project Management, Engineering or Business with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and large‑scale transportation, water or aviation infrastructure.
• Ability to present to multiple stakeholders and drive a culture of accountability.
