Procurement Manager – SaaS & Vendor Management (Remote)

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a hands‑on Procurement Manager for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency client. You will own the full procurement lifecycle, focusing on SaaS vendor management and contract administration, while driving cost discipline across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes: sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and renewals.
• Optimize the SaaS portfolio by tracking usage, eliminating redundancies, and consolidating vendors.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service‑level agreements.
• Build and maintain procurement workflows and approval processes in NetSuite.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and department heads to forecast spend and align purchasing with business needs.
• Track and report procurement KPIs such as cost savings, cycle time, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the crypto and fintech environment.
• Maintain accurate vendor and contract records, including renewal timelines.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with Legal on contract risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing with a proven record of cost savings.
• Demonstrated experience managing SaaS vendor relationships and contracts.
• Hands‑on expertise with NetSuite procurement modules.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance cost and vendor relationships.
