Procurement Manager – Rail

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Procurement Manager for its rail projects in Panama. You will lead procurement strategy, manage competitive processes and build strong client relationships to deliver high‑quality infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of procurement management and advise on delivery, contract and commercial models.
• Lead competitive procurement: market engagement, supplier shortlisting, tender development, evaluation and negotiation.
• Maintain professional standards, drive performance, and promote AECOM’s profile with clients.
• Identify marketing opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of procurement management experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of public contract regulations and experience in integrated, multi‑organisation teams.
• Experience in the rail sector is preferred; ability to influence key client stakeholders.
