Planning & Operations Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Planning & Operations Specialist ensures the right product is available at the right place and at the right time to support Red Bull's commercial objectives. The role leads demand, supply, inventory and replenishment planning, drives the S&OP process, collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Distribution Partners, and leads product innovation from an operations perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Demand planning: analyze historical sales, trends and market share, build statistical forecasts and the Operations Demand Plan, and align it with the Sales Demand Plan through the monthly S&OP process
• Portfolio management: run a yearly SKU portfolio review and lead new product development from an operations perspective so launches meet their calendars
• S&OP: lead the monthly S&OP process, generate the local supply plan and work with Distribution Partners to secure the right supply
• Supply planning: keep inventory consistent, control free goods and destroyed goods, run scenario planning and follow up on order placement
• Manage material master data, demand and supply imbalances, and alert the Operations Manager to inventory risks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, business administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning and sales forecasting; import process knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills (mandatory)
• Power BI, Power Tools, SQL and Python for data management (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and planning tools preferred
• Ability to present and lead teams
