Value Creation Head - LAC (Supply Chain)

About the role

Diageo is hiring a Value Creation Manager (LAC) within its Supply Chain & Manufacturing function. The role covers the Latin America and Caribbean region (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, South LAC and CCV) and focuses on cost-of-goods-sold competitiveness, network sourcing, localisation and value-creation programmes across core, value spirits and RTDs. It is an individual contributor leading cross-functional squads and PMO governance, with no direct reports, preferably based in a LAC hub such as Brazil, Mexico or Panama.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, size and drive the regional "big bets" that reshape the LAC cost base and competitiveness, turning them into funded, delivered programmes.
• Decide the methodology, business-case standards and prioritisation of the regional value-creation pipeline, and recommend sequencing and resourcing.
• Lead competitor reverse cost engineering for RTDs, value whisky and local standard spirits, producing target COGS and roadmaps.
• Drive network sourcing redesigns and localisation of the imported portfolio, and build a regional partner landscape for formats, sizes, ABV and liquids.
• Free up organisational capacity (Stop, Simplify, Automate, Reduce) and act as PMO for the value-creation portfolio, from scenario design to benefit realisation.
• Work with Market CS Directors, the LAC productivity (ERACE) team, Finance, Global Procurement, Technical and Planning, and make sites and partners.

Required profile

• Experience driving cost competitiveness, sourcing redesign and localisation in supply chain.
• Ability to run scenario design, business cases and programme management without direct reports.
• Preferred location: a LAC hub such as Brazil, Mexico or Panama.
