Outreach Analyst (SDR) – Hybrid in Panama City

About the role

We are seeking an Outreach Analyst (SDR) to join our team in Panama City under a hybrid work model. You will generate new business opportunities for our Digital Strategy team, helping companies with strong digital presences achieve their revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule meetings for Digital Strategists with potential clients.
• Maintain and update prospecting lists segmented by industry.
• Attend networking events to generate new business opportunities.
• Obtain recommendations and referrals from existing clients and contacts.

Required profile

• Natural curiosity and a passion for helping people.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English.
• Proactive attitude in making calls and seeking new opportunities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to align services with client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Knowledge of the SPIN sales methodology.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and PPC.
