Odoo ERP Bookkeeping Specialist (Odoo Certified)

About the role

M7 Group is seeking a tech‑savvy Odoo specialist to join its bookkeeping department in Panama City. You will configure and maintain Odoo databases for clients, set up accounting workflows, and support month‑end bookkeeping while receiving training on Canadian and US accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure new Odoo client databases (chart of accounts, taxes, journals, bank feeds, fiscal positions).
• Customize Odoo modules and workflows to match each client’s operations.
• Support month‑end close and bookkeeping processes within Odoo.
• Troubleshoot Odoo issues and assist clients and team members.
• Help with client onboarding and migrations from QuickBooks and other platforms.
• Document configurations and best practices for internal use.

Required profile

• Official Odoo certification (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience configuring Odoo ERP, especially the Accounting module.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
