Legal Intern – Law Student Position

About the role

Prime Solutions Tax & Legal is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support its attorneys in Panama City. This position offers a hands‑on introduction to commercial and corporate law, tax advisory, and real‑estate matters, allowing a law student or recent graduate to develop practical skills in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for senior lawyers.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist in case management, including filing and tracking of client files.
• Support procedural tasks related to DGI, migration, ANATI, and public registry filings.
• Coordinate client communications and schedule meetings.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a law program or recent graduate.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and autonomous work habits.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on detail.

Required skills

• Legal research and document drafting.
• Bilingual communication (English & Spanish).
• Familiarity with local legal procedures (e.g., DGI, migration, ANATI, public registry) is a plus.
