About the role
Finance & Accounting Director (Remote) at Capital Trading Group, an international distributor of branded footwear and apparel, will organize, analyze and optimize the company's money: past, present and future. This is a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date books, including entries, reconciliations, month‑end close and profit & loss statements.
- Manage cash flow across currencies, handling supplier payments and customer collections.
- Build and maintain budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze and optimize margins, costs and cash timing.
- Deliver monthly management reports covering P&L, cash position and forecasts.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Experience both in bookkeeping and in building budgets and forecasts.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Preferred experience in import or distribution.
