Entry-Level Product Supply Finance Manager

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble’s dynamic finance team in Panama and start contributing from day one. As an Entry-Level Product Supply Finance Manager you will support financial analysis within the Product Supply function, evaluate performance, and provide insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small‑scale projects and assist in financial analysis to evaluate Product Supply performance.
• Analyze supply‑chain data to identify trends and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and forecasts.
• Support evaluation of supply‑chain strategies for cost optimization and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data.
• Excellent communication and proven collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and familiarity with accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data‑analysis software.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
