Customer Service Representative

About the role

Circle Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its Account Managers and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations for existing customers. In this role you will help schedule shipments, track freight, and maintain accurate records, contributing to the company’s promise of No Fail Service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with daily operational tasks for customer accounts.
• Enter new load orders into Circle’s proprietary web‑based logistics platform.
• Schedule pick‑up and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers.
• Maintain and collect all required paperwork for each shipment.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with customers or internal billing teams.
• Conduct “check calls” to track drivers and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Support driver conversion to MacroPoint tracking and escalate freight issues as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to work after hours or weekends when required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; call‑center experience preferred.
• Freight brokerage experience is a plus.
