Creator & Influencer Manager – Media

About the role

We are seeking a Creator & Influencer Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through delivery for a globally recognized creative agency. You will coordinate creator outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, and ongoing campaign management while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in Creative, Paid Media, SEO and more.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end execution of influencer and creator campaigns, including outreach, communications, negotiations and contracting.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals and key milestones.
• Maintain relationships with a network of 50+ influencers/creators across various projects.
• Develop campaign briefs, creator guidelines, messaging frameworks and ensure content complies with brand and FTC disclosure requirements.
• Provide feedback to creators and internal teams, securing final content approval from senior members.
• Identify potential issues early, communicate risks or delays, and propose solutions.
• Stay current on emerging creator trends and bring fresh ideas to campaign planning.
