Marketing Operations, Data & Events Coordinator

About the role

Learning Genie Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations, Data & Events Coordinator to serve as the execution backbone for its marketing and events pipelines. Working 100% remotely from Latin America or the Philippines, you will partner directly with the CEO and Marketing team to ensure flawless planning, execution, and post‑event follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with contract management, vendor invoice tracking, purchase requests and daily bookkeeping using Excel and QuickBooks Online.
• Support planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, webinars and other events, handling timelines, budgets, registrations, travel, booth logistics and material shipments.
• Review sponsorship agreements, track deliverables and maintain organized records of packages, invoices and contacts.
• Research conferences, associations and sponsorship opportunities, evaluate relevance, cost and expected return, and prepare recommendations for leadership.
• Maintain accurate conference, sponsorship, contact and budget trackers in Google Workspace and HubSpot CRM; clean and deduplicate data.
• Track registrations, leads and post‑event outcomes; assist with reporting on event performance.
• Support email campaigns, registration/RSVP forms and routing hot leads to sales.
• Distribute post‑event leads to appropriate team members, document notes and compare results against goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Events Coordinator or Marketing Coordinator.
• Highly organized, detail‑obsessed and proactive.
• Strong curiosity about how marketing works and a habit of learning quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
