Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Community Manager to join our fast‑growing US‑based organization operating from Panama. You will be responsible for shaping our digital presence, engaging online audiences, and supporting brand visibility across multiple platforms while working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s social media accounts and digital communication channels.
• Publish, schedule, and coordinate content according to editorial calendars.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and other audience interactions.
• Develop and adapt content ideas aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accurate, engaging posts.
• Review content for grammar, tone, and consistency before publication.
• Support the creation of short‑form videos, reels, and stories when needed.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful online community and address audience feedback.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C2 level or equivalent) for professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong creativity, organization, and tech‑savvy mindset.
• Passion for digital communication, social media trends, and community building.
• Ability to work US business hours from an on‑site location in Panama City.
